Incoming call never hang up
$ sudo service asterisk stop
Of-course this solution, to end an incoming call using a sudo command in the Terminal, is not very pleasant or useful.

Solution
Somewhere along the line I read that to solve this you'll need to change the region to the current region... The "Country Indication Tone" was the only thing I found and changing this to Sweden actually made it!
The Famous Apply Config Error
After making this change in the settings, the error will occur when pressing Apply Config. $ sudo fwconsole reload will fail, but remove those files, pictured below, and it will work.
